The Magneta series consists of a complete range manually operated impulse sealers with different sized models and options. This user friendly and safe machine is ideal for packing small and medium sized series. The machine can work with pre-made bags as well as with tubular foil. When working with tubular foil, the machine can produce various length bags by using the integrated shielded cutting device.

The sealing cycle of the machine can easily be started by pushing down the seal bar by hand or by using a foot pedal. Once started the magnetic bars remain closed throughout the sealing and cooling cycle and then automatically open, ready to make the next seal. The machine is suitable to seal polyethylene, polypropylene and thin laminates and cooling times are adjustable.

Due to it’s portable character, this machine is particularly suitable for sealing all kinds of strange and difficult shaped products. The bi-active seal bars (both upper and lower seal bar are equipped with a resistance wire) allows the sealing of thick polyethylene up to 2 x 0,3 mm. Furthermore it will be possible to seal most of the laminate films, a simple test will tell you if the machine will be adequate for your film or not.

These heat sealing tongs can be used for a variety of applications requiring a constant heat sealer that can be used at the location of the item to be sealed. The 4,5 metre long power lead enables the user to walk around with the unit and seal packages on site. The comfortable insulated grip of the machine keeps the handle cool even when the temperature of the jaws rises to 250°C.

The Super Cello’s can be used for sealing Paper and Aluminium laminates. The temperature of the jaws can be adjusted from 60°C to 250°C to suit the type and thickness of the material to be sealed. Both sealing bars are heated providing efficient heat distribution.

The Futura Portable sealers are Audion’s most compact heat sealers. The Futura Portable sealers are constant heat sealers and come in four models to seal a wide variety of materials.

The D541 is a compact stand alone continuous sealer. Pre made bags can be sealed hanging or lying flat. The ergonomic grip makes it possible to walk with the sealer and seal long sheets of packaging material. By using PTFE-belts Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Cellophane and thin laminates can be sealed.

D 552 AVT is a vertical band sealer, designed for large pre-made bags that are sealed standing up. It is ideal for powder, liquid, or solid products that would spill if sealed lying flat. The sealing head on the D 552 AVT can be rotated 90°C, from vertical to horizontal, and is also adjustable in height. The D 552 AVT has the same easy-to-operate digital control panel and PTFE seal belts as the D 552 AH. The D 552 AVT is equipped with a height-adjustable integrated conveyor belt. The speed of this conveyor can be synchronized to the sealing unit from the control panel.
